Well, management blew me away by continuing to do their job to help clean our entire community to the point of peace and tranquility by kicking out the group of major drug dealers and one of two totally wacked in the hea d psychos who two people I let stay in my one bedroom apartment. Let me tell you this, it was like war zone. I wont mention anyones name who the perpetrator violated in all her different ways. My hat goes off to our new management. more ... hide ...

We have lived here over a year. Ive been waiting to write this review so I can give a true review instead of waiting for a couple of months. The first month we lived here, not going to lie it was stressful. There was a letter we received from some very upset resident. We expected the worst from that. Everything was broken, the garage door and pretty much a whole lot in our apartment because the old Maintenance persons were Not doing their jobs - From the dishwasher needing to be replaced to our fridge and even our garbage disposal. However - even through this, the office staff Carla was on point with everything. When something was broken, we would get it fixed in 24h. When Ladonna came, thats when everything changed- for the better. Carla was always happy before, and enjoyed seeing us as residents, however you could tell with her just by herself, it was a lot of stress - still she handled it well. Ladonna came and started helping Carla with the property by start making sure the property was cleaner, it was safer, fixing the garage door, helping the issues that were going on with the property,etc. I have grown to ADORE where I live for the very first time in a LONG time, my husband and I along with our daughter will be staying here for as long as possible until we purchase our home.I gave them 5 stars because even though we had issues when we first moved in (the property is getting older so it makes sense), every single time something happened we were taken care of, the ladies of the office are incredibly wonderful - even the traveling manager, and they truly make you feel at home here.Thank you to 1601 Colorado Apartments, We are proud to call you home. more ... hide ...
