Stephanie is very rude, showed no sympathy at all. My uncle passed friday evening, by tues afternoon she made us aware that she would be throwing his property out wed am. I live 1 hr 30 min away and asked her to give me until wed afternoon. She said no. I feel this is terrible considering i was just made aware tues afternoon that his kids would not be able to move his belongings because they live in south Carolina. While the complex needs updating and more attention to fixing things. My time here overall was good. I would say 3.5 stars. Biggest issues for me where the random people knocking on doors at weird hours and the occasiona l issue with roaches, which while pest control was present, didnt seem to work as well. I had no issue with the management team or maintenance. The management company did the best they could . Real issue is the owners not wanting to maintain the place and spend the money to maintain it more ... hide ...

Nobody move here the manager is very disrespectful to every resident that lives here. I wish the old manager Amber was here she was very polite . The current one is too rude . When there is a problem you can even get in touch with her . She threatened my little eight year old sister to evict her for running up the stairs one day . Somebody busted my moms glass window today and she didnt care to look at the car or to help . I dont even know anybody here that is very strange . She wasnt even trying to talk to us all she said was bring a police report . I feel very unsafe here and I will move out as soon as possible . more ... hide ...
