ZERO STARS - after giving Property Manager checks,$25 nonrefundable app fee, $250 holding deposit, I was unable to get in contact with said Property Manager via email or phone over course of a month and multiple attempts . I would literally drive and wait outside building til someone came out, because there is no real entrance for the public. BEST PART: I was given a move-in date but told over a month, \"issues with apartment\" \"water problems\" \"no refridgerator\" The day before move in I call to sqaure things away and @ 430pm I was told I would not be able to move in. Problem is Property Manager set the dates and knew I was moving out of current apartment the next day(same day as move in date, which she set) so I was left scrambling to find storage unit and place to sleep in under 24 hours. This is a senior citizens complex. This property needs to be reported for unsafe living conditions. The dryers have not been working for almost a year. When you walk in the building, its a sauna. It was 92 degrees ou tside and no air on in several buildings. Residents are told there is a waiting list for repairs. Maintenance can not get to your repairs until March of 2021. This is unacceptable for anyone, especially seniors. I am calling every news station in Michigan because this is not acceptable living conditions.
