Most of the people in here are politically connected and people should be suing this place. They are not connected to the mayor but various Cook County commissioners.I am disabled and had to leave here because I was not only threatened by the social worker here who tried to get security to injure me but they also let in a stalker who has a record of torturing the disabled come in to harass me. This stalker is now under investigation for the murder of a disabled man in Louisiana of which I have pictures of her threatening the man with an axe. It was a woman, a violent and crazy woman who was arrested in Oakland for the same thing.This person then posted things on YouTube so gang members would shoot people in this place. This person also did straw purchases for one of the Chicago gangs.We published a lot of the evidence from a DEA investigation in our magazine.I am in the process of bringing a lawsuit against this place and Interfaith which runs the place.The lists they have are bogus and everyone on them should get together and file a class action suit.They also let gang members have gunfights right outside and ignore child abuse in the building. I was constantly threatened by people on drugs who were also prostituting and bringing customers into the building with full knowledge of the management. One of the people who lives here is a local loan shark in Englewood who has a gun to enforce paybacks or kill people and you are not supposed to have guns in public hosing.It could be a great place if it was run by the City of Chicago through a private, for profit management firm. Nonprofits are garbage and that is why this place is garbage.We have an article coming out about a resident given an apartment here by Governor Quinn to keep quiet about a cousin molesting teenagers in CPS.All of this is true. It is ratchet and, again, if you applied here find other people and get a class action suit.A disabled person should also not have to deal with threats of torture. more ... hide ...

The Willows at Clearfield are very unprofessional. I filled out an application 3 months ago and was told that the waiting list was 3-4 months long. The office manager made me spend $50 on a non refundable deposit when su bmitting the application, when it clearly states that it is not needed until a unit is available. They also gave my sister the complete run around when it was time for her to sign the application. They lied about their business hours which cause my sister to take 2 unnecessary 45minute trips to the office for no reason. They told her the office closes at 5. She got there at 4 and the office was closed, both times. Today, I call the office to check on our application process and the manager told me that I make to much money, which makes me ineligible. She was not even going to call and relay that information to me, I had to reach out to her. Otherwise, I wouldve never known. So here I am, still no apartment, energy/time waisted, and short $50. You all should be ASHAMED of yourselves! more ... hide ...
