If I could give Common Bond and Winwood a 0 star rating I would. Management has zero idea what theyre doing. They hire on 20 different managers in a year. Maintenance is extremely lazy, so if anything breaks or needs fixing, youre better off trying to fix it for yourself. They dont care about any of their tenants. more ... hide ...

So glad I moved to Village @ Matterhorn apt. Maintenance is very quick if something goes wrong. Very friendly staff as well as helpful residents. Apt is very well planned out, utilizing spaces so well. Im so close to everything ...the mall, WalMart, 3 grocery stores, & a whole lot more!!! Even have AEOA service @ my door if needed. It used to be called the friendly west end. Let me just say that the west end is very much alive, and I really do like the new Garfield Square Apartments, as I have a few friends living there, monthly rent is like 30% of your income, and right about there, starts the west end, of Duluth. Now keep in mind this is an apartment structure and it requires a year lease and I believe a possible waiting list. Duluth PACk is just down a block along with a ice cream shop, Bars, restaurants, micro breweries, Pizza place (Lees Pizza,) convenience store/gas station and a taco restaurant, and much more! more ... hide ...
