It is an incredible building/location and VERY affordable. People like to live here, so vacancies are rare. I came across this building while helping my father, who is an older vet, look for an affordable home. My experi ence with the building manager has been all positive. I suppose fair enough that people are frustrated when they do not hear back after inquiring about vacancies, but I guarantee this is because turnover is SO LOW. Responding to every inquiry they receive when they rarely have vacancies is not a practical use of time. Best recommendation if you are considering this building, because it is very desirable, assume no response means no vacancy. We got very lucky with our timing and a unit happened to be available. We were contacted directly right away. Communication with the property manager has been professional and timely. Really grateful my father will be able to call this home.
