My handicap cousin lives there and its been a year, There has been nothing but bed bugs out breaks, elevator break downs that people have been stuck in for long while, drugs, alcohol disturbance.They allow pets which I d o not think they should. It makes the place more dirty than it is. Do not understand how this place is getting away with the way its run. I am now looking for another place for her. Also going to file a complaint.The residents complained but its ignored .To sum it all up, its a dump. Had to give a star because I couldnt push the post button. more ... hide ...

My mother was a resident here during covid. Unfortunately, we lost her. Following her death we learned that she had been the 4th senior at North East Manor. HOW WERE WE NOT NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY OF THE 1st case? Well, tha ts because Deb Cote was not there. She didnt notify us.
