I like it here been here three years. Its nestled in a corner of a wooded area on a side road off a busy road, so its quiet and I think rather peaceful. They are renovating all the apartments and other areas so i ts a little noisy and messy right now. The apartments have been given a whole new beautiful look except I dont think I would have picked black appliances only because Im a messy cook. My only complaint the laundry rooms could use an extra washer and dryer and the ones we have replaced with up dated ones. And it would be nice to have a change machine so we wouldnt have to go out and buy quarters.There isnt a walking trail and because of the pandemic and for everyones safety there are no scheduled activities.Monica Roberts is the apartment manager, Walter takes care of maintenance. Monica has quiet a workload on top of handling the needs of all us residents, God bless her I dont see how she does it! With all the renovating Walter to has a lot of work besides taking care of resident needs. Once all the renovating is done it will be beautiful. My biggest enjoyment is its peacefulness and there are some really good people who live here, not everybody but most are. BTW if you dont like or are afraid of dogs stay where you are! There are those of us who have pets they are on leashes and weigh under 25lbs if that. They will not bother you if you dont bother them, there are no aggressive animals here. Some are emotional support animals mine included her name is Maggie and shes quite popular Lol. more ... hide ...

Went to this location to acquire about a apartment and the woman that was there that goes by the name of Linda shes a older lady she was very rude very obnoxious and declined to give me any information and also called me a derogatory name, so I just left out the office I will not be coming back inquiring about anything someone like her should not be working in this type of field if she has zero customer service experience. more ... hide ...

If you lease by the year well when it ends so do some others not for being late on rent the owner is renovating & price is going up to 800. or 895. The only rebating so far are putting laminated floors it has small 1 bed room very small kitchen and living room connect so really 2 small rooms & a bathroom , And I wont forget about two tenants we talked to and theyve done nothing new but yet they get to stay I just know from experience that the sectary cab be rude at alot of times shell be talking your business and stops to answer phone and doesnt put on hold so thats rude considering my time is value to me as well as the sectary_ believe this that amount is to high for such a small apartment so I advise look around because their are larger apartments at great rates that my opinion only more ... hide ...
