I never got to move into this complex, but I was very displeased with the process of trying to. I submitted my application the same day I toured and it took me 2-3 weeks to get a genuine answer about whether or not I was approved. I was constantly calling the office trying to know whether or not I was approved and they kept pushing off the date and told me corporate was reviewing my application. I would call and when they answered I was told I would get a call back at a specific time and both times I never received that call. Other than that the apartment was really nice that I viewed as were the other amenities, I just hate how I was consistently blatantly disregarded. more ... hide ...

this place is a joke. there old and need remolded. maintenance is lazy. we have a corp office which is stupid cause they tell you to speak the manager which is in Mon -- Fri 9-3. need some real hrs for people that works. Says theres a playground . Not. Theres no on site management but during the day during the week. more ... hide ...

Worse place I have ever lived, the manager is manipulating, , my mom passed 02/07/20, my son was here for four days to help me she came down and said he had to leave, my family wont come to visit because of her. Shes sa id I had to get rid of my car, one car per lisensed driver in the home, there are a few families in this complex with more than one car, the manager is making it hard on me because I went over her head to get new carpet and the black mold problem fixed, she sits in her car all hours of the night watching the residents, people living here thats not on the lease, residents having animals thats not register, you cant talk to her about it because when you do, she slams her fist on the desk and over talks you, something needs to be done more ... hide ...

I would give them a zero if I could , but it wont let me. Great apartments, very nice 2 bedroom some have dens. Garage. Property management doesnt take care of resident complaints or work orders in a timely f ashion. Lawn maintenance is terrible. Supposed to be a 55 and older apartments, but under age children live here. And they let unwanted guest live here and they know about it. This is breaking lease rules but nothing gets done.Management takes up for people who are doing things to you, They are breaking lease and management doesnt care. But if you do what they do to you, you automatically get wrote up. Management company is not any good. more ... hide ...
