I learned residing here is based on income, and I appreciate the clarification. W hat is not acceptable is being spoken over when asking questions about eligibility and basically hurried off the phone, with a goodbye versus allowing me to speak. Very unkind and unprofessional to a member of the public. The time I was on the call was less than 5 minutes in total. The receptionist who initially answered my call was helpful to direct me to someone to speak with. The leasing department representative did not provide a name when answering the call.
