These apartments are not managed well at all. The complex has had so many issues that no one will even deliver a pizza out here anymore. The female site manager is rarely in the office so many of the tenants bend and br eak the rules without ever worrying about being discovered by this lax management. It makes it a horrible place to live with people allowing their dogs to bark all night and day---are these dogs even approved here?? Their guests stay on continuously instead of having to be added to the lease and charged rent. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. The actual apartments are old and outdated and again---management does not see the drug deals, the numerous people who are breaking their leases with drugs, dogs, overnight guests who never leave and smoking inside their apartment.
