I moved into Christine Cove in January 2018 I liked the apartment but the carpet is not for an apartment it is for a business office. Everytime you vacuum it it ravels up. The. complex started moving younger people in an d it became loud and obnoxious. Children living with grandparents and its designed for elderly people so we shouldnt have to deal with kids running over top of your head and constantly making noise. more ... hide ...

My mother lived there. Its nice, safe and clean but they do have mold and roach issues which is mostly blamed on the residents. One resident moved in and they got the smallest fridge over the rest of the units. They a sked the mgr for a regular sized fridge like the others because they dont drive so they have to stock up. Mgr said no. They had to spend $800 on a fridge to install in the unit. A senior citizen with limited funds had to go buy one. Mgr could have switched it from another unit but no. Lack of empathy and feelings toward residents wishes. But its safe to live there which is important. more ... hide ...

The staff is EXTREMELY rude and arrogant! Ive been here a whole year and have had 1 inspection. No pest control , poor maintenance, they take forever to fix one problem . Me and my kids had to leave our house to use to the bathroom for 2 weeks straight . Still trying to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau, health department whoever can come shut this place down ASAP more ... hide ...

The only reason why I am giving this place two stars is that the elevators never work, the doors to get inside the building barely works, theres no one that ever answers the phone, there are barely any guest parking (if you only count the parallel parking that is shared by two buildings, absolutely ridiculous!), in which there is an empty field next door to the apartment that should be guest parking, I suggest the complex utilize that plot. Also, the outside area on each floor level is so dirty, and the trash chute is absolutely disgusting.
