Legacy At Abbington Place is, by far, the best place I have ever rented from!! The care and support that the Legacy Team has is, without a doubt, the best you will find anywhere!! I am a single Momma with three teenage rs and I moved here from out of state and was totally on my own and foreign to Jacksonville, North Carolina. The Legacy Team took me under their wing and have been so supportive and most definitely the best in showing that they truly care about my family and our well being and most of all, the area, apartments, and grounds in which we stay!!! They have put in so much hard work and dedication and it shows!! I cant say enough about this place except for, I promise, you will not be disappointed and will most definitely be at home if you choose to be apart of the Legacy family in which they have built!!! more ... hide ...

If I could give less then 1 star I would . I normally dont write any reviews but I have to , at this point .Please DONT rent here. Save your money!!!If anything needs to be fixed itll take them forever to do that ! Like up to 2 months to fix a simple problem.Office people dont give you full info. They tricked me with my renewal lease agreement , office people lied to me .Holes in between apartments, ceiling paint is peeling , poorly painted walls ,mold , roaches and ants in the buildings . Pool has been closed for a few years . After I saw a mouse in the apartment I started my moving out process but all they keep telling me I have to give 60 days notice . Its unbelievable! The unit consider not habitable at this point .Unless you ( new tenant) want to deal with liberty crossing mess then welcome to this mess ! more ... hide ...

Lived here for about 1.5 years (2020-2021). A bit expensive for what you get and location, property managers were kind. Our unit had issues with our smoke detector going off literally any time we cooked, were told there s nothing they can do and to just open a window (mind you, no smoke even visible, and this was rough in the winter). Some of the companys rules seemed odd. Walls were VERY thin, our neighbor was extremely loud even in the middle of the night, even with multiple complaints from myself and the unit below them nobody ever did anything about it. Overall okay. more ... hide ...

Worst rental experience we have ever had, preys on military community, outdated appliances, countertops are well past their shelf life, main bathroom toilet fits a 6 year old at best, vents needed to be cleaned from cock roach carcasses etc....! Dont hang any pictures on your wall as there may be a pipe behind it, happened to me and I hit the water line with a 1 inch sheetrock screw...after their \"investigation\" I had to pay $60 for the repair. Broke my lease and told them I was moving out and was given the option to buyout... two months rent....then get my final statement and I was charged prorated rent plus two months leaseout buy out plus $60 for a hole that maintenance left in the wall! They are only worried about their $$ and could care less about the community that protect and serve them! I will be filing a formal complaint with fair market housing!! more ... hide ...
