Probably some of the worst customer service Ive ever had at an apartment. On several occasions I recieved a text saying \"were going to enter your apartment now\"... Id have to scramble and tell them no due to the 2 docu mented dogs that were in my apartment. Why notice was never provided I dont know. My first garage the opener did not work so all items were unsecured, they finally moved me. The attached garage that I had put a deposit on had the ceiling falling down and growth inside. They did not check this before taking my money, instead I had to tell them. Daysy has some of the most awful customer skills, never returning a call or emailing back days later. I had moved out early and left keys in my garage and she claimed they werent there. I had to drive over an hour to get them from the place I told her they were. Either too lazy to look, or looked in the wrong garage. Either way, I am very happy to be out. more ... hide ...
