Living there was great. Nice,friendly people. I had no major issues, when something was wrong,maintenance fixed in a good time frame. Pool opened most of year except colder months! Walls are thin but that comes with the cheaper prices. My only complaint is that when I moved in, I put a $500 deposit down due to not having anything on my credit report. When I moved out and received my check, it was $197 with no explanation of what was taken from my deposit. I emailed leasing manager after receiving and she said she would send in mail, still havent received over a month later. I always paid fee when rent was late and I could say 3-4 things that needed to be cleaned/repaired while moving out. Kind of upsetting, but lesson learned. more ... hide ...

We just moved to diamond lakes a couple months ago! This is one of the best apartments. The management is awesome. Very prompt keeps in touch with you every step of the way! From when we came to even look at the apartmen t it has been an amazing experience. Maintenance is awesome especially Paul! He is on time to every task he has! He always comes and says good morning when we are sitting outside! This is definitely an amazing apartment. 10/10 would recommend. They deserve every star they have! Place is awesome!!! Ive lived here for 5 years and have zero complaints! Anytime I need anything the office manager is right there ready to help and fix the problem no matter how big or small Jenny ( the office manag er) always go above and beyond for myself and the other tenants.
