If you cant keep the attention of your class because of someones shoulders, that is pathetic. Some teachers let bullying go on because they dont want it to be their issue to solve, when there are bullying posters hung up onto the wall everywhere you look in the halls. Now isnt that great? There are problems with punishments as well, most are unfair and most things that the students do report are overlooked. To me it seems as if the teachers do not care what so ever about the students. In band the teacher left, basically giving up. During gym, the students are yelled at to exercise while the teachers sit around, roll around in chairs, and even eat some times. If you ask me, this is just a bit hypocritical. I have relatives in another state who are learning in 4th grade what we learned in 6th. Where is the logic in this? This school, this state, is so much more far behind and we compared to others seem like we have learning disabilities. Im going to address another undermined issue, the mixing of the accelerated classes and the \"regular\" classes is awful. In my experience of being mixed with the other students, it set us so far behind that our teacher would shout at us that we were several paces behind all of the other classes. We could not learn anything because some students would refuse to even do their work, or they would constantly argue about pointless things. I am not saying that these students are \"stupid\", do not twist what Im saying. I am saying that they should work in their own pace and learning speed. That is why the other class is called the \"accelerated\" class. Yet another problem is when you try to be polite to the office staff and they treat you like they are above you. This schools staff is just as bad as the students. Another thing is that if youve been to the bathroom several times and a janitor sees you, they will speak rudely to you as if you are a dog not listening. The only people that are decent in this school are the people who do not talk. Thanks Tyro, for the education, the teachers, and other students. more ... hide ...
