Ive been here for 4 months. My first week I gagged on the air in my unit. They eventually bought me a new filter (shouldve been changed LONG before I got there) . Ive killed over 3 mices a week or more si nce Ive moved in. I spend so much on traps , that I sometimes have less for rent because I cant keep clients. I work from home and who wants to work and live w rodents. They then send me letters threatening termination, when really the problem wouldnt persist if not for them(mind you I just got here) . The apartments itself is up to par for the most part . The playground is convenient my son loves it, he also love the kids in the neighborhood¦.. but hes scared to invite friends over because of the rodents. I applaud maintenance for fixing my sink quickly and efficiently. But I still need mice traps and another new filter for my return vent . more ... hide ...

My Daughter live her they started out ok. Then they went under New management. Then they went very to hell. The young Lady Kemeisha in the office . Told me back in Dec. They did have my daughter rent went on about a wee k I had to call my attorney. Then with in 5 minutes they called my daughter they had her money.Now my Daughter have been sick and the Government is Going to cover her rent. So they need the tax ID and this new Manager said they cant give it to us like its hers Lol. Any way. Kemeisha said they sent the paperwork to corporate Jackie Said it was Not called Regional manager he No Nothing About So whos lying here lol. Not sure but they dont handle business when it comes to paperwork. Now living in the apartments is a difference Love them office Manager Just Sucks more ... hide ...
