I have lived here at Baker Manor for 6 years. Angela Tanner our Apt mgr is one in a million. She goes above and beyond her responsibilities. She does everything she can to make our living safe and a happy place to live. She has upgraded, remodeled and makes sure our grounds are always kept clean and mowed on a regular basis. Special dinners on a monthly basis, Holidays are always acknowledged!! I could go on and on. But I would run out of space to write!!!Our maintence man Mark is always ready to help us any way he can. As long as our Management continues on as is, I dont ever want to move. Many of us have become family.A scale 1-10. I give a 10!!!! more ... hide ...

I am very interested in getting one for my family of 3. 2 adults and one 12 year old. My husband has aVery good job so income is not a problem. I will be picking up a application. Where we stay out now. Were been here fo r 8 years and not one thing has been done. So yes slumlord is a understatement. We just need help getting outta here. paying over 975 a month for a 3 bed and a extra bath that dont get used. Im im embarrassed to let anyone in to see this . I keep a immaculate.
