UpdatedIve lived here for a year at the end of August. Getting through the red tape was the most difficult/lengthy part. Neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Rooms are HUGE. Plenty of natural light in rooms. Ha ve not had any issues with pests, except for silverfish. Havent checked out the pool or laundry room. Havent stepped inside the office nor talked to any staff since I moved in, other than maintenance during the recent winter storm. The posts that hold up the neighbors porch ARE a little sketchy. Washer and dryer hookups on porch area are a nice perk! Deliveries to my door have never been a problem. All-in-all a great find when I moved here and it took 3 months to find affordable housing. I will be renewing my lease.2nd year update: neighbors are still mostly friendly. I suppose apartment living can wear on a person after a while, but that apparently comes with the territory, especially if there are younger children living above. Yikes! Can hear neighbors through the bathroom and kitchen walls, which I only started noticing a few months ago. Random cats running around. Must be neighborhood cats, heard several people feed them, and it shows! Recent issue with dog poop in the yard my children and others play in, which is unfortunate, but what can we do? There is a newsletter given out every month, which I like to read. They have Bingo and a birthday potluck every month. I have never attended. Overall, its not awful. I will leave my first review due to the fact it is the truth. It is the bottom half . Ok today I would say... if you want to feel isolated and insulted look no further. If youre disabled and falling apart with depressio n and or anxiety speak to a professional first. Its like constantly being degraded and picked on by a bully aªªªªSometimes we just need to rise up together and get it back to reality and on its way to becoming the place that once had hope. Its to bad we had high hopes¤¤ It will not stay this way to many people have had it and strangers are talking about it mmmmm wow.God dont blinkIm going to give this five so its rating will improve some what.I have 0 bugs on occasion get a stray...WE LIVE NEXT TO A CREEK!!!Marble Falls is a beautiful place to live. This is my 2nd apt here and have lived hear all together over 7 years.The apartments are old and some are needing alot of updates. For the most part the people who have complained lived here and are all gone. People throw trash on ground and when there was a pool and swings the tennants repeated to destroy them if they would have cared this place would have been so much nicer. Just because I am poor doesnt give me the right to destroy others property.
