this was one of the worst apt ive lived in in az, moved in on short notice 1yr agoshould have waited because it was in bad shape when i moved in landlord did littleor nothing to remedy the situation. looked like someone tried to turn it over but did a vary bad job holes in wall are still visible through the Spackle, nabers are drug dealersand then the last thing they razed my rent this yr when i asked to be moved to a cleaner apt with a complete turn over and cleaning, they said sure well raize your rent by 150.00 a month same floor plan same floor from 650.00 per month to 800.00 i would not pay .5$ for another yr here. im gone plz do your self a faver look some place elts DO NOT RENT HERE 911 S LONGMORE MESA AZ, 85202 you will regret it. more ... hide ...
