The apartments are infested with bedbugs. When I moved into my apartment my living room furniture was brand new. Well shortly after moving in I noticed a small bug. When I found out they were bedbugs I went to the apartm ent manager. We started treatments to get rid of the problem but it only made it worse. * I had treatments from the time I moved in til the time I moved out and I was there for a couple years so you could only imagine my frustration. My apartment manager (Nancy) accused me of bringing them with me but thats impossible being that I didnt have them before and that my furniture was new. She then argued that clothing and furniture stores were being shut down due to bed bug infestation (that was a lie). So then I called the news and the reporter said if I could find others in the same situation they could air it. Not to my surprise almost all of the units had the same problem as me. Almost all of them were moved into a infested apartments. There were also break is and other problems as well. I wouldnt advise anyone to move here. more ... hide ...

My aunt was staying at the Bethel Towers for a good while until her health started to fell. She loved this place and her friends that she encountered with. But Priscilla Smith, the community manager is so unprofessional. She talks to you any kind of way. You ask her a question she never gives you a straight answer. She has threaten my aunt by saying \"Im going to put you out and send you to court\". This was not the first time this has happen. I cant imagine anyone letting there love one stay there. She needs to have an attitude check. Because, it is awful dealing with the public and having such a smart mouth at the same time. I know everybody has a bad day every once and a while but every time you see her she is hard to deal with. She laughs in your face pretending she is so helpful but she is hateful and evil. more ... hide ...
