First, Id like to say that Ive read several reviews before posting my own. Below you will see why I rated 5 stars.I signed my lease in June of 2022 and moved in mid July. This was opportune for me as I held my previou s residence until the end of July. Breakdown is a follows:CUSTOMER SERVICE:Im combining face to face contact as well as well as virtual forms of contact. From my initial interactions I had nothing but positive communications with both Nancy and Marissa. Initially, I reached out to them using the contact info on the website. Nancy replied within 24 hours and lead us in the right direction. Some day you cant reach them by phone. However, there are options to leave a message and there is email correspondence available. After move in, Ive never had a question go unanswered, ignored, or an untimely reply. Id say email them and make sure to exclude them from your spam male.ANEMITIES:There is an indoor gym for working out. Its not your local Planet Fitness; which isnt too fast from here; but it does serve its intended purpose. It provides the residents the means to get exercise by weight training, bike, running, and a taking bed for those that use it.The on-site basketball court is slightly smaller than a regular full court. The plus side- it is indoors, air conditioned, and gas hardwood floors. You can easily run 2 half court games or run fulls.The pool- its a blessing to have in itself. A quick dip in just under 5 ft of water is great during the summer months. Spacious and plenty of room. ( pull up liberty point apartments in Google maps and change settings to satellite)APARTMENT:I chose the 4 bdrm floor plan. Spacious is an understatement. The 4bdrm is 1860 square feet. The best 2 features to me is the large living room with added sun room and the fact that every bedroom has its OWN FULL BATHROOM. Yes, you read that right. 4bdrm w/ 4bathrooms. Carpet is in all bedrooms and the main parts of the house are hardwood laminate for easy cleaning. That is a bonus bc they allow pets.PETS:PLEASE REFER TO THE PET POLICY ONLINE. Its pretty cut and dry. They do allow service animals with proper documentation. Also remember this: ALL DOGS BITE IF PROVOKED. There is ample room to walk and exercise your pets. But you must be a responsible pet owner. There are several areas identified as pet waste areas. Just be courteous and use those areas. If you have an en extremely loyal pet, Id recommend a muzzle. Muzzles do not mean you have a bad pet. Muzzles protect your animals rights and safety. Your pet can be the nicest, but animals know a potential dangerous situation when they see one and will pitied its owner. PROTECT YOUR ANIMAL AS IT DOES YOU.PARKING:First Come, First Served. There are several parking spots available to include handicapped parking. For the most part it sends everglades just redirects everyone and parks in their normal spot daily.PESTS:I bring this up because its constantly mentioned. KEEP YOUR APARTMENT CLEAN AND CLUTTER FREE AND YOU WONT HAVE PESTS. Your neighbors might and they may overflow. The best thing is that management hat post control on a bi-weekly rotation. Just inform them and they will get you taken care of.I hope this helps a this is my honest review this far more ... hide ...
