I had an appointment to look at an apartment at Brandywine. I was there 15 mins, knocked on the door and called. No one answered. A maintenance man came, unlocked the office door and went inside. He came back out and tol d me that I was early and that SHE (unknown) would return at 2:30. Thats when my appointment time was. So I waited outside for the 30 mins, and then I knocked on the door again and called again. I got no answer at the door or on the phone. The maintenance man returned and went back inside, after about 5 minutes he came out. He said that I would have to reschedule, that SHE was sick and going home. Needless to say I wasnt happy, I had wasted my time taking the 45 minute ride there, not to mention the 40 minutes I waited outside calling and knocking on the door. Did SHE get sick in the 15 minutes between the time I got there and my appointment time?It was very unprofessional conduct. SHE had my number and could have called to reschedule. SHE shouldnt have left me standing and waiting outside with no concern to what my day entailed or what I had to do to able myself to get there at the time of my appointment. more ... hide ...
