Over the course of a year, Globe Tobacco Lofts met and in some ways exceeded our expectations. From day one, the Community Manager, Dawna went above and beyond to ensure my family was taken care of. While we lived there, she was available to answer any questions and always responded promptly and respectfully to any requests. Additionally, the buildings Maintenance Supervisor, Steve was prompt and reliable if any issues presented themselves (this included an 11pm visit to our apartment to fix a faulty smoke detector!). The building is charming. Each unit is unique, VERY spacious, and the buildings proximity to downtown, parks, and the library made living there all the more enjoyable. The only challenge to living here for us was the noise level. Street noise and interior noise could at times be a bit much but given that the building is historic and the location is near downtown, a certain level of noise should be expected. We had an overall wonderful experience living here and would recomend GTL to anyone looking for a unique living experience. more ... hide ...
