The land Lord is extremely racist even though shes mixed race. It used to be a really nice place. She seems to move in all black moms with 3-6 kids. And never watch them as they play un attended, we backed over a bike re cently an almost hit a kid... NO PARENTS OUTSIDE AGAIN..The landlord gets ill if u complain about anything, shell tell you to call the police so she dont have to work...recently moved in a girl with no kids (without custody) and on probation with a criminal history, which is against the lease agreement. Rollins would be fine if there was a New landlord!!!! I have to remain anonymous or Id be evicted. more ... hide ...
