Its a nice place to get on your feet but DONT make this your permanent living situation. They follow the rules when it benefits them they have too many rules that does not make sense you have to pay for so many wears and tears and its crazy amount of paperwork you go through throughout the year. Theyre very nosey which is understandable when it comes to government housing but its almost like an invasion of privacy. Not enough living space in my opinion for long-term residential stay. They have inspections which is required but the presentation is horrible its random & it lasts from a week to two weeks & have so many rules for your inspection its very inconvenient especially if you are a parent who has more than one child and works or go to school. I havent had any problems with the current front desk people but I will agree theyre unorganized & some stuff seems like theyre covering their neck. Overall its not a horrible place to stay but make it a goal to not live here long-term. more ... hide ...

From the initial tour to the lease signing, the office staff was helpful and accommodating. Maintenance was quick to address requests. The apartment was so clean when we moved in, my vacuum had hardly any dirt after I di d my own initial cleaning. The views from our apartment are awesome and the location downtown is great! more ... hide ...

I wish I could give negative stars. Moving to Bayview was a HUGE mistake. I wish I had the option to move. The whole building is filled with horrible gag inducing smells and thick cigarette smoke. The manager acts lik e he is God and anyone who dares \"oppose\" him is slapped with a lease infraction, whether it is deserved or not. The remodel was a complete joke. HUGE shortcuts were taken and now everything is failing. There are never ending inspections and intrusions. Bayview also has a MAJOR bed bug problem! This place eats away at your soul. I dont hate anyone enough to recommend Bayview.Additional 12/20/2020: Things here are just as bad as when I first wrote my review. Despite the other more recent reviews talking about new staff and positive changes . . . \"God\" is still in charge. There are still bed bugs and smoking is STILL allowed in 2020. There was a violent murder here. There is still no real security. The front door key card is a joke and anyone can get in. There are still inspections, even during a pandemic. The staff here have carried out two \"quarterly\" inspections this year, going from apartment to apartment to apartment. No gloves and one maintenance man refusing to wear a mask. more ... hide ...

I never write reviews. I felt the need to come on here and say that I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this company. They are amazing at answering all my questions (I have a million)! The maintenance crew is always on top of our requests and always answer them quickly. I had the honor in working with Kodi when my fianc© and I first applied. I have now worked with Kim on getting us a bigger apartment and she is amazing even though she is new and still learning she is on top of taking care of us! I could go on and on about how amazing they are!! I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to rent! We will definitely be here until we buy our own home.
