it should not get any stars at all. This is a place that people need to stay away from. The manager is a liar and a thief. The only place a person can be evicted from for nonpayment of rent, when the the manager had alre ady had the rent in her posssesion. The manager not only lied to get the eviction, she and her merry band of thieves , made up stories to the police to get a person out of there so that they could steal all of her furniture, jewelry, money, clothes and personal posessions.
