Highly NOT recommended! Stayed there since 2015 and at first everything was okay. Management seemed fine and attentive to our needs. About 2 years in appliances frequently broke down, stayed next to abusive neighbors int o which I made several complaints to rent office and was told there was nothing they can do. I could only truly get real customer service once I would contact Drucker and Falk to file a complaint or ask question in regards to things that were taking place in the complex. Tara has the WORST attitude and should not be in the position she is in not knowing how to deal with the public. Ive experienced her nice nasty behavior as well as a referral that wanted to apply who says he was discriminated against upon coming to view the apartment and decided to no longer pursue. After 7 years of living in this complex paying my rent on time, staying to myself, and being a good tenant I recently moved out on my own time because of false allegations made in an attempt to try and terminate my lease wrongfully in which could not be proven in court. Tara and Debra both put on a smile in order to try and get tenants through those doors only to truly reveal themselves the minute you choose to stand up to them or call them out on their wrong doing.
