Please try to avoid this clinic and this company overall. They just do not care about their patients. I have been waiting for more than a week now for them to send my prescription to the pharmacy. A prescription that if not taken can bring me some health issues. First of all, making an appointment is always impossible, because they keep cancelling them on you. You go there, and you wait for at least 2 hours. I went there on a Friday afternoon, and I waited there for a couple of hours. By the time I finished, I needed to get a lab, but since they took so long, the lab was already closed, so I had to wait until Monday. They told me that I could go to Ryan Health clinic to get a lab, as my doctor had requested already. I didnt need to make an appointment and I could just walk in. Monday comes, and I go to another one, and they came up with the excuse that I needed an appointment for a blood drawn, so I waited there almost an hour for that. I have been calling them every day for them to send the prescription, and they keep sending messages (high priority) to the clinic, but they dont get an answer from them. I have been to several clinics and doctors here in the city, but I have never seen one like this one who doesnt care at all about their patients. more ... hide ...
