ABSOLUTELY WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! I came in yesterday they had No consideration for my feelings or my situation. Told the manager that I was basically homeless and I needed a place to live and I have all the money to ho ld an apt. she told me she had a one bedroom available in that if I came back with my money orders and my social and my drivers license that I could hold the apartment I came back 30 minutes later and she didnt even have the audacity to call me and at least tell me she leased it out to someone else who came after me so not only does she waste my time but I had to wait 24 hours just to cash my money order I made for the apartment that I needed so now I have to look elsewhere after the whole fact she wasted my time and I could have been just looking for somewhere else to go she was giving me the runaround and this isnt the first time I have came here to that apartment complex and she is giving me the runaround so definitely the worst management ever I dont recommend this place to no one because of my experience I have been trying to get a place here since January and its the same BS that she puts me through every single time more ... hide ...

This complex is located in the 12 bus route and is across the street from family dollar, taco bell, and a gas station. Theres an atm, sub shop, Mexican restaurant and soul food place next door. The owners do a pretty goo d job on the maintenance and landscaping. This place has an amazing courtyard with grill area and even a nice pool. My husband and I got married five months ago. We were living in his Bachelor pad. It was a one bedroom and not big enough. So we talked to the ladies in the office and ended up getting a 2 bedroom. We finally got moved i n and I love the 2 bedroom. Mrs Linda in the office was super nice she listened to me about what I wanted in the apartment. I have my pantry that I love and a walk in closet. We have a spare room for my grandchildren to sleep in when they spend the night. I love living here its quiet and no one bothers you. The maintenance men are super nice also. Bradley Square is a wonderful place to live. Im so happy with my new apartment. My Mother has been residing here fir the past 9 years and she doesnt have a complaint. When your parents live in Senior communities such as Marshside we want to feel as is our parents are safe and can get adequate he lp if need in an emergency situation. Marshside has done that thus far.
