Terrible, I wouldnt even give rose gardens 1 star. First thing first they do this thing every once in a while where they cut your power off for like 6-8 hours sometimes longer no matter what. Second when u call the o ffice for them to come fix something in your house it takes them months to come fix it another thing theres way to many roaches the exterminators come spray maybe a month or 2 after constant complaining... I would not recommend more ... hide ...

Not sure how to rate this. Nice looking place but I have noticed your gates are broken/open for several weeks now. Isnt this a gated senior community? Not SAFE at all for your Seniors. It opens doors for crime, such as Break-ins, Robberies, Loitering, Trespassing, attack on Elderly Residents.When are your gates getting fixed? I do have 2 elderly family members living there. I am very concerned about their safety! Should I report these unsafe conditions to the Housing Authority or Who? Please assist. I feel that everyone should right a review. Regardless of their experiences. I will not allow no one to take my money for services that were not met in written contract. Thats exactly what they did. My wife and I live here for four months now. We have made it liveable. Roaches, dirty carpet and a messed up staff thats not willing to help. It is not just our apartment, its most of them. No security at night. And to top it off they employed two staff who embezzled money from the company. We had no heat for the first week, now we have no hot water in our shower. The maintenance crew socks. They out source for all your maintenance needs. Dont rent. They dont even deserve a one star more ... hide ...

I have lived here for one month. Between the lack of communication from the front office to the abhorrent amounts of trash piling up, I would not recommend living here. Let me first start off with saying that I took over a lease from a friend. The day I was handed the keys, I moved in he moved out, and I was told to pay a $100 holding fee. Still no one can answer why and in every capacity I will continue to ask for the money back, as NOTHING was ever held. The process was horrendous as no one would actually take the time to pick up the phone and call you. You could email them and if there was still misunderstanding they would say we tried to call in reality never did. They take your money¦The manager Alma who besides having zero mannerism and extreme lack of professionalism, and is beyond rude has refused to answer any emails regarding security doors or maintenance requests. Passing false information that we as residents are to pay for our own security door $150 of our own money; (please note that my apartment is the ONLY DOOR on the side of that building and the facing building that does not have a security door. In obtaining the keys I was told by a woman named Laura at the time that the order for the security door was to go in a year ago when the previous tenant was there. It never was and I was told it would be done for me)¦. When I said do I get my money back when I move out she replied with you can take it with you (the door) with you but not get the money back! . (Right¦because thats normal¦ people are going to take a security door from an apartment and haul it to the next) I took a lease over, and she Alma stated that I agreed to accept the apartment as is. Saying they the apartment management do not go in and inspect the home first (interesting because she also stated that the safety deposit was for repairs) yet none where made so funny trying to figure out how the resident before (who I am friends with) received their entire amount back¦ moving on¦ Weather accepted as is or not. I am now a LIVING PAYING resident who keeps my home in IMMACULATE condition, whos HEALTH is priority under no circumstances should there be roaches and yet, black mold, peeling paint, exposed nails, broken stove, broken microwave, yet there are roaches, mold, nails and everything else that does NOT belong in a home . When I reach out for it to be taken care of there is no reply. They do not answer the phone, they wont even answer the front door for Amazon. The mailboxes literally dont even close, making mail exposed to everyone.The maintenance team is amazing! They work hard, however I have reached out to the office over exposed nails, broken stove and microwave¦ no response for over a month. Rent may be low but if fast response time and safety are a priority to you, I would go a different direction.By the grace I was able to make contact with the housing authority. They where able to give me some VERY good direction on how to escalate any situation that is not resolved within 10 business days.If you have children, please go somewhere else. more ... hide ...
