Cons: This is the worst place I have ever lived and Ive been here a long time. I have seen roaches despite extermination, filthy nasty loud problematic neighbors, all types of drugs being smoked indoors in hallways a nd seeping into your own apartment, drugs being used in the parking lots in random parked vehicles & not a good place to raise a family cant even let your kids play outside nothing but bullies here. A lot of good tenants have left.** I can say the office is doing their best to resolve the issues here and I am grateful for that.** I am hoping to see a positive change around here and if not I want nothing more to move far from here. I wish I wasnt so unhappy here all of the bad apples ruin it for the rest of us. more ... hide ...

Ever since the management chance its been hard to talk to someone in the office. I always have rent on time but can never hand it in on time because no one is in the office during the open hours. Im pretty fed up at this point. Ive always payed on time with no problemsUPDATE:So with the old company that was here I loved living here. Its not the greatest looking place but the communication with the old staff was great. In 2017 art space was bought out and its been going downhill from there. They are not organized what so ever. When my lease was renewed it was for 765 a month I have the documentation and everything. But when I went online to pay a bill its now saying my rent is 814 a month ( big jump) so Ive been calling art space and imagineers and it seems no one and help me with this problem. Looks like I going to have to take this a step further and go to the state and break this lease. I have been trying to fix this problem for about a month now. Btw in less then a year they ran through more than a couple property managers. No one knows whats going on around here and Im sick of it. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE more ... hide ...
