NEW OWNERS!!! My dear friend who is a senior and handicapped (wheelchair) has lived here for awhile now and he was very happy with this complex. Recently a new owner took over and cut back on the trash pickup to once a w eek rather than twice...which is inconvenient but acceptable. BUT, my friend just got a notice that there will no longer be trash pickup at all and that the residents are required to take their own trash to the huge dumpster (one dumpster for the entire complex) and toss it in. Seriously? This is a SENIOR apartment complex! Many seniors are on walkers or have issue walking or totally in wheelchairs. Is it REALLY always about the money? If you buy a senior apartment complex, educate yourselves on the needs of seniors, for goodness sake! Seniors are on fixed incomes for the most part so raising rent constantly doesnt work and trash pickup service is essential! more ... hide ...

So far living here has been better than I expected it would be. The management team has been very polite and professional towards me and have addressed most of my requests as far as maintenance goes. Seems like they are cleaning up the property and doing a good job so far.Now thats not to say everything is to my liking as I do have a few issues. The main problem being my kitchen floor. Water is seeping up through the grout which hasnt fully addressed or taken seriously enough in my opinion. With that said, otherwise, everything else has been addressed in a timely manner...Now, to the main reason I am leaving a review.... the maintenance man.... Miguel, is totally awesome! Very polite and even cleans up after himself. I give Miguel 5 stars. more ... hide ...
