My father loved his apartment; he lived there for 2 1/2 years. Unfortunately, he recently took a turn for the worse and passed away 7 days after entering the hospital. We notified the management that we would be out by t he end of the month and they told us that since my father broke his lease, he was required to pay an additional months rent. How insensitive and shameful. There is no estate and no money left over as he was on a fixed income, like most people his age. I would not recommend this facility due to their ridiculous lease policies! more ... hide ...
