I am just really disappointed in the new owners of this property ( not the ladies in the office). The massive increase of rent is so very bad. The drawers in the kitchen and bathroom are so old they fall apart constantly . Dishwasher has not worked in months. Both pools have been down since January. This is not a joke. Its just disappointing. I would have liked to have seen with the $400 a month increase in rent, on each apartment, that the owners would actually fix and take care of their responsibilities, Seems that is not the case, at all :( more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for over a year and Im going to disagree with these year old reviews. Priscilla and office staff are courteous and actually know their tenants by name and unit number. When I moved here there was possibl y a certain element, but theyre certainly not around now. Very rarely do I even hear the thumping of bass coming from visitors on the weekends.The landscaping is immaculate and maintenance is usually spot on when something needs fixing.Ive referred several people to the Wyndham who have moved in and arent complaining at all.The two laundry facilities are ALWAYS functional unlike other places Ive lived.Great place for families with kids. Extremely safe.Honestly, after reading those other reviews, Id like to see how THEY take care of THEIR own house! Bet its in the 1-2 star range, all weedy, overgrown and busted up!Some people are just born complainers. The Wyndham is a great deal for the price and the quality of life here.Im not moving anytime soon. more ... hide ...

Honestly I wish they would have more consideration for all tenants that utilize the facilities. I continue to get my clothes locked in the laundry room overnight. I understand that they are trying to keep the individua ls that go in the laundry room and use the restroom in the trash can or use the laundry room to smoke pills on aluminum foil. I wish they would install a camera for safety of mgmt team and tenants. Then maybe we would be able to stress-free use the facilities and not have innocent child walk in on drug users while they are using as well as using the restroom in the trash can. Also then mgmt just might honor the posted hours mon-fri opened til 10pm. But always locked early and then on sat and sun closed at 9 pm and same inconvenient bs locked early ty more ... hide ...
