Youd be better of living in the landfill. this place is infested with bedbugs and cockroaches. The management is rude to residents and have 0 intrest in anyones wellbeing. I would have rated them 0 stars if I could. Do not foresake your elder folks here. Rent is cheap for a reason. Do not believe the response from the owner, i never talked to them after i left. My 86 year old mother lives in this apartment complex and has for years. Recently over the last two months there has been some management issues. No manager to contact, cant leave voicemail its full, no emergency maintenance number. My moms first apt flooded due to water heater pipe burst. She moved to another vacant apt on second floor. This apt leaks every time it rains. Big water bubble in the kitchen ceiling. Management says they will fix but upper VOA management still haggling over cost of replacing the entire roof because its been an issue for awhile and they dont want to spend the money to repair: just patchwork that doesnt work. Tonight I had to call the Phoenix Fire Dept to check the water bubble in the kitchen ceiling because I couldnt get ahold of maintenance. No numbers anywhere. All the apartments and all maintenance in the building needs inspection and repair. It is a hazard to the elderly residents that live there. Photos taken on 09-18-2021. more ... hide ...

Starting from the beginning; the apartment was not ready for move in on the day I was told it would be ready. Instead the office acted like it was my mistake and so I was left to double pay movers as well as put all of my stuff in storage for one night while they \"finished\" working on the apartment.Upon move in we found;missing fixtures in the bathroomunfinished flooringexposed nails in cabinetsunpainted portions of wallsunsealed windowsgaps in the door frameholes in wallsThe complex has roach issues, we have had them since we moved in. There is also a huge pigeon issue, one of the neighbors helps by feeding them. The \"manager\" has 0 communication skills and offers no help unless pushed. I would encourage anyone FORCED to live here to document everything. I have photos and have put everything in writing to this point. One of the reasons is that the manger told me on day one, \"We dont document anything\". The maintenance staff is mediocre but probably because the \"manager\" doesnt want to pay them. Does anyone know a number to actually reach someone in this office? Even the application process is straining because no one picks up the phone or returns calls. When I go during posted business hours, no one is there. T he message on the phone when I call says they only open Tuesdays and Thursdays (different from posted hours). I cannot afford to pay lyft anymore only to find no one there. I think that is how it will be as a tenant. Unavailable staff (opposite from advertised) .
