Never move in these apartments they are old and ran down. The maintenance people are super lazy and slow at fixing things. There is outside bugs getting inside the apartments including mice/rats. It never stays warm in t he home due to all the small cracks in the window sills and patio door. The front door even has a gap in it where cold air is coming thru. Worst apartments to ever live in. I give it one star because it gave me and my son a place to stay for cheap while I was struggling. more ... hide ...

This is a wonderful place to live based on the rent and location as compared to other apartments around the area. You do not pay for water and garbage which saves you some money. It is also just a minute walking distanc e to the marina, in fact, you can even see activities at the marina from your apartment. It also have good amenities to keep you busy, a basket ball court, a big swimming pool and a gym to work out. In addition, the rooms are very large and spacious as compared to other apartments. Perfect place for your kids to play outside. My kids love it here. Parking is not a problem if you have an extra car because they a large extra lot for residents and their visitors.The staff are also professional in what they do. They follow up to complete any work requested in your apartment in a timely manner, either its an emergency or a non emergency work request. The Manager, Debra, will even go an extra mile to find out from you if your work was completed to your satisfactory or not. If you are looking for place to rent, Marina apartments is highly recommended. more ... hide ...
