Living at Porter plaza has been a great experience for my family. Very clean property well maintained. No crime, no noise, no drama. The property manager Mrs. Candy is very professional and very polite. She makes everyon e feel like family. Mrs. Candy makes sure all her residents are comfortable and safe. We have lived her over a year now and I love it here. Mrs Shirley is the most sweetest and helpful person I have ever dealt with when renting an apartment. She and her team goes above and beyond to help as long as you ar e honest. Since the first day we looked at this property everyone has always been so sweet and I love the apartments and they are kept up very well. So parking is an issue sometimes from what people posted but I have never had issues with parking. My 4 year old has so Many kids to play with and they have an awesome park for the kids. Pool was open last year and its so clean and nice. We are so blessed to be able to call montgomery pines our home. Everyone when commenting let not be so rude and leave hateful messages. The ladys in the office do all they can to help everyone that live here qnd so does the Maintenance men. But everyone dont realize they are dealing with all these apartments and they are only so Many of them qnd they do go above and beyond for us. But they can only do so much so give them a break. If we woulsall take a minute before we get angry and realize people can only do so much. And remember we dont know what that person is going through behind their close doors. So lets all be kind and when things happen dont get angry with the ladies that are trying to help. Again thank you all that work at montgomery pines and the hard working Maintenance men.
