Shortly after moving in had a problem with the furnace, had to remind the maintenance man about the time limit with the Fair Housing Act ,it didn quite get the issue fixed, have inconsiderate neighbors upstairs who keeps us up at night, tried to get the manager to meet me halfway because the make over was never completed , wants me to pay for the window blinds that should have been replaced anyway, would like to find another place to live but winter had set in , wife says not to put any money into the unit, gonna be hard to peel the rind off this place.Just saw the response by the so called owner, tried to call both numbers listed but no one answers, just got voicemail. We are now ready to break the lease just to get out of this property more ... hide ...

Cleaned the Air Ducts in one of their apartment units in 2013 that had been occupied by a single resident for nearly 16 years. This person was a heavy smoker. The air ducts were coated with tobacco residue. This was a re al challenge to clean. I commend the management for their decision to use our service. more ... hide ...
