Even though this complex is fairly new, it already appears to be run down. There are dead and dying shrubs and trees. The hallways are dirty. It seems as though they are more interested in the bottom line than the qualit y of tenants they rent to. It is supposed to be non-smoking and tenants stand right outside the entrance smoking.
