However, I am rating the Harrison School a \"B-\" based on the market rate price (5/5), number of issues resolved (3/5), laundry facility (4/5), management agent stability (3/5), and current management (5/5). The management agent for the property has been in a constant state of transition. Fortunately, its latest agent is Millennia, which owns and operates Blue Ridge Manor Apartments in Vinton. Their staff is excelling under its current property managers, Mark (PM) & Alisha (APM) Zimmerman. I just moved into Peters Creek Apartments exactly 1 month ago. I relocated to Roanoke, VA from South Florida. Since I was from out of State, I had to rely on Joy from the office to be my advocate. Since we first spoke, s he was amazing and so were the other ladies in the office. I came July 4th weekend to meet with Joy and submit some papers. She is absolutley delightfull and was all over my application to the very end. I moved in on July 29th and ever since I have been here the staff in the office and the Service people have been fabulous. I had to have some light bulbs replaced and a toilet serviced. All were done in a very quick time frame. The property is absolutely well taken care of, the landscape people come every week. My apartment was immaculate, looked like a brand new place. Beautiful hard wood floors in the hall and dining and kitchen area and brand new rugs in the living room and bedrooms. My neighbors have been so very welcoming. I am so Happy to be living here! I can see mountains off my balcony, so super cool! I can hear the children laughing from the pool in the day time and it is quiet and peaceful at night!!
