This Property states that it is New Rowell; which I take is under new ownership & management. Unsure who the old manager was, but the new one is a real piece of work. Worse experience I have ever had with an apar tment manager. Sign is up on HWY 152 stating NOW RENTING. When you go into the office, you are told there are no units avaliable.
