MY MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER LIVES IN THIS BUILDING...MY GRANDMOTHER LIVED HERE FIRST, WHICH LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT THIS WAS A GOOD MOVE FOR MY MOTHER. I WAS TERRIBLY WRONG ABOUT THIS DECISION. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SE NIORS IN THIS BUILDING.THEY SHOW NO SENSE OF COMPASSION AND RESPECT FOR OUR MOTHERS AND FATHERS....THE MANAGEMENT CONSISTENTLY GIVES OUT CITATIONS AND CHARGES THE RESIDENT EXTRA FEES.. AS A RESIDENT YOU DO NOT FEEL SECURE,. INSTEAD YOU FEEL UNWELCOMED IN YOUR APARTMENT YOU PAY RENT FOR.I FEEL THESE SENIORS, MY MOTHER INCLUDED, ARE BEING MISTREATED. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SENIORS, AND THEY HAVE MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR A FAMILY MEMBER TO HELP THEIR PARENT. THE MANAGEMENT SEEM TO BE OUT OF TOUCH WITH THEIR CHOSEN PROFESSION, THEY ABUSE THEIR AUTHORITY ON THE REGULAR...THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH A MANAGER AND SOCIAL WORKER THAT REALLY CARE ABOUT SENIORS.. SO MY MOTHER AND THE OTHER SENIORS CAN BEGIN TO LIVE IN PEACE.... more ... hide ...

They are good as far as assistance with anything you need but as far as customer service at the front desk terrible there could be 6 people at their desk and you come in to a empty lobby youll be standing there for m aybe 10 15 before they actually call you up to do your appointments highly unprofessional and inconsiderate to you patients other than that everything else is great I dont really have any trouble besides that more ... hide ...
