I have not rented an apartment here so you can take my review with a grain of salt, but I was looking into potentially moving here. I signed up online to do a tour and they never showed up. I called and the person I spok e to said they arent usually open until 10:30a even though the sign says 10a and they scheduled a showing with me at 10a, then they transferred me to the empty leasing office phone. I left a message and no one ever replied. I waited for at least 20 minutes. Seems very disorganized. I took a look around the apartments and it looked OK but not great. The dog park is just a small fenced in area with an empty poop bag dispenser and a trash can. No places to sit and not much room for the dogs to actually run. Some of the apartments have little yards which I thought was nice, but in person they looked like run down concrete slabs. I absolutely love it here.Kathy the manager has been such a great asset to this family at sienna bay.Past management hasnt had such a compassionate spirit, kind heart, willingne ss to listen. She has always played a part in getting repairs done. She goes above and beyond.Kathy has a way to make you feel at home.She greets you with a smile..her laughter, and welcoming spirit.Our maintenance man Felix is one of the most genuine person.
