No maintenance, a bunch of issues and once u put work orders in the next week nothing was fixed nor was anything done to help the situation. There is leaks all throughout the apartment complex in every apt not just certa in buildings but its every single last building. I moved here due to being closer to the beach and hearing it was quite. Instead I should have moved to the hood. Ive been dealing with this complex for 3 years and nothing has been fixed. I have leaks, window busted out, glass door missing due to maintenance taking it for whatever reason Im still clueless to, no water pressure at all, dirty roach invested light fixtures in the ceiling, beer bottles and trash thrown throughout the parking lot and unit building Im in. STAY FAR AWAY FOR 1800 A MONTH THIS IS DISGUSTING. Cant even use the pool half the time cus there is bricks thrown in it and the waters normally dirt green. I dont understand why its even like this.
