As of 7/1/2022 New owners are not renewing HUD lease and treat the current residents like trash. Basically, making it hard for them to live there so no one renews their lease! new owners could care less if elderly fall o r wheel chair bound residents have less access to things now. DO NOT allow your loved ones to move into this property.
