My father in law has lived here for 2 years. He is 90 and widowed. It might not be up to \"Scottsdale\" standards, but for an elderly hearing impaired widower on Social Security, it is affordable and safe. The location is optimal with bus and grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff are not \"so called\", they are helpful and attentive to elderly tenants.
