I currently live here. Drugies running around everywhere. It takes almost 3 months to get anything fixed and they refuse to do a proper debugging so the roaches are insane. Not fit for children to be living in. Not to me ntion the apartment manager picks favorites. Example : 3 neighbors live for free, AND get a check each month becauae she doesnt make them report their income. But Im a single mom of 2 paying 300 a month. Worst place to live in Sparta!!! Ive lived here for 2 years and lately this place as went down hill fast. The management here is horrible and they have Scheduled Inspections meaning they can come into your ap artment while YOURE NOT HOME!! They have no problem snooping through your apartment either. Theyll write you a violation for anything they might consider a Hazzard or something thats out of place. Youre better off living anywhere else. more ... hide ...
