Great location. Nice apartments. Not well maintained. Weve dealt with cockroaches, moving in/out issues, the windows are not well maintained and leak into the apartment, there are exposed wires, and the garbage room and elevators are so disgusting your shoes stick to the floor. Ray in the leasing office is extremely rude, unhelpful, and really should not be working in a role where he has to deal with people as he clearly does not enjoy that aspect of his job.Edit in response to City Lofts - our family member is a resident. I stand by all statements in my review. Cockroaches were real and reported. Ray is indeed extremely rude. Others have told us they experienced unpleasantries from him as well. more ... hide ...
