This place is infested with alcoholics and drug addiction. Several different owners, property management in less than 12 months is a red flag. Elevator is horrible very unsanitary, grounds are not kept properly. Plumbing is not good. If you make a work order it will be impossible to get your repair done .It should be brought to the publics attention. Discrimination against disabled people is wrong. Taking advantage of the mentally ill is wrong.Property Investment is usually a good thing in this property its discrimination if you request normal repairs .Beware of this dump ! Management is terrible!
